Our Story
My name is Ben Normandeau, and I’m from Concord New Hampshire. I’m 24 years old, and I’ve always loved to cook.
I’m an electrician by trade, but barbecue is where my heart is. I really believe in the saying “if you do something you love, you’ll never work a day in your life” and that’s what I have been blessed to do. I had the incredible opportunity to work down in Texas at a Texas Monthly Top 50 spot called Zavalas Barbecue. I really feel like I’ve created another family with everyone down in Texas, and I can’t thank everyone down there enough, especially Joe Zavala. I wouldn’t be where I am without Joe.
We started out with a food truck in Concord, and now we have proudly partnered with Lithermans Brewing Company to bring barbecue full time to their Taproom in Concord, New Hampshire!! We can’t wait to see you all sometime soon!!
